Oct. 20
Officers were asked to check the welfare of a resident who was experiencing emotional difficulties. It was later determined the individual went to a parent’s residence. (reported at 12:55 a.m.)
A vehicle driven by Rui Yang struck a car owned by Long Long. (reported at 1:13 a.m.)
A staff member reported damage to several pedestrian tunnel lights. The incident occurred on Oct. 6 (reported at 3:30 p.m.)
An individual reported being harassed by an acquaintance. (reported at 5:03 p.m.)
Jonathan Mohammed, 2254 Welch Hall, reported the theft of a bike. (reported at 5:15 p.m.)
An individual reported being struck by a vehicle earlier in the day. However, there were no injuries and information was exchanged at the time of the incident. (reported at 8:29 p.m.)
Stephanie Blaser, 5658 Friley Hall, reported the theft of a bike. The incident occurred sometime between Oct. 6 and Oct. 9. (reported at 9:36 p.m.)

Oct. 21
Lei Shi, 20, 4630 Twain St., was arrested and charged with interference with official acts. (reported at 1:50 a.m.)
Yanglong Song, 21, 4630 Twain St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. (reported at 2:27 a.m.)
