June 15
Patrick Derick Grigsby,  25, 4912 Mortensen Road unit 224, was arrested and charged with driving while revoked, driving under suspension and harassment of a public official. (reported at 3:00 a.m.)
Miranda L. Hug,  22, 313 S. Russell Ave., was arrested and charged with simple assault. (reported at 8:50 p.m.)
Jacob A. Johnson,  26, 4301 Lincoln Swing unit 32, was arrested under a Story County Sheriff’s Office warrant.

June 16
Cassidy Allen Simpson, 20, of Des Moines, was arrested under a warrant for failure to appear. (reported at 1:14 p.m.)
Brookelyn Rachael Conway, 21, 152 Finch St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. (reported at 1:50 a.m.)
Hope Elaine Johnson, 24, 5615 Lincoln Way unit 53, was arrested and charged with theft — fourth offense. (reported at 6:09 p.m.)

June 17
Two males were referred to Juvenile Court Services for underage possession of alcohol. (reported at 1:32 a.m.)
Michael Leonard,  21, 1425 Coconino Road unit 106, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. (reported at 1:42 a.m.)
Stephen Wilson,  24, of Chicago, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. (reported at 2:11 a.m.)
A staff member reported observing an individual acting in a suspicious manner. (reported at 2:22 p.m.)

June 18
Wallace Franklin Jr.,  22, 4097 Tripp St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. (reported at 2:25 a.m.)
A staff member reported being harassed by an unknown person. (reported at 1:29 p.m.)
Robert Literman,  22, 2822 Stange Road unit 101, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. (reported at 7:55 p.m.)

June 19
Megan Oshen, 22, of Des Moines, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. (reported at 4:40 a.m.)
Eric Lo,  3423 Frederiksen Court, reported the theft of a bike. The incident occurred sometime since 06/15/09. (reported at 3:40 p.m.)
Cody LeClaire,  263 North Hyland Ave. unit 15, reported the theft of a bike. The incident occurred sometime since 05/06/09.(reported at 4:24 p.m.)
A vehicle was towed after it was determined the operator had no insurance and was driving in violation of an instruction permit. (reported at 4:29 p.m.)
Michael Eggert, 24, 306 Westwood Drive, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated — second offense. (reported at 10:16 p.m.)

June 20
Alicia Wengert,  20, 1002 Oklahoma Drive, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, harassment of a public official and unlawful use of a license. (reported at 12:50 a.m.)
Matthew Schnabel , 23, 2631 Knapp St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. (reported at 1:23 a.m.)
Lauren Naeve,  19, 908 Idaho Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. (reported at 2:26 a.m.)
Anthony Staley,  22, 6115 Frederiksen Court, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. (reported at 2:53 a.m.)
The following were cited for underage possession of alcohol: Craig Long , 19, 136F University Village; Caleb Kinney, 19, of Essex; and McKensi Lanners-Hurd,  19, 136F University Village. (reported at 11:21 p.m.)

June 21
Brandon Brady, 21, of Marcus, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. (reported at 1:44 a.m.)
Lonnie Larson, 43, 703 16th St., was arrested and charged with driving under revocation. (reported at 6:15 p.m.)
A staff member reported damage to a number of fluorescent light bulbs. (reported at 8:06 p.m.)
